Victorious again: Herberth Motorsport triumphs in the Asian Le Mans Series.

The Dubai Autodrome is a good place for Herberth Motorsport. After winning the 24-hour race, the team was also able to celebrate a triumph in the Asian Le Mans Series. Ralf Bohn as well as Alfred and Robert Renauer secured first place in the GT class at the second race on 9 February.

"This victory is really good!" said Robert Renauer. "After the first race here in Dubai we were quite frustrated, so it's all the nicer to celebrate on the podium now. The whole team did a great job and that wasn't easy in this challenging race. We had to fight hard and were rewarded in the end."

Having started the race from tenth place, the trio's first task was to make up ground. With consistently fast laps, the race – which was marked by numerous interruptions due to yellow flags and safety car phases – continued to move forward. However, the decision was not made on the track, but in the pit lane: With a fast and flawless pit stop, the team from Bavaria pushed past the leader and secured the lead. This then brought Alfred Renauer to the finish.

"This victory was absolute teamwork," Ralf Bohn sums up the run. "Without this team and their strong performance – whether at the pit stop, the strategy or on the track – we wouldn't have been able to win here today."

Herberth Motorsport thus celebrated its first victory in the Asian Le Mans Series in the 2025 season. In the first race on Saturday afternoon, Bohn and the two Renauer twins had to settle for 23rd place. The second car fielded by Herberth Motorsport (46 QMMF by Herberth) finished 17th and 22nd.

The team will continue next weekend. From February 14 to 16, the finale of the Asian Le Mans Series will take place at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.
