SRW GT PRO Series: Season 7

For the first time in its history, the GT Pro Series will feature all four GTE cars available on the iRacing platform. The Porsche 911 RSR, Ford GT, Ferrari 488 and BMW M8 will battle it out across a 10 race season. The first round takes places on Wednesday 1st July at the Sebring International Raceway.

The grid features teams who were invited into the series and also those who qualified in the hugely competitive qualification rounds. With such experience on the track we’re expecting some amazing racing throughout the season. Last year's champion Jack Ashton of the UK will have to work extremely hard to keep Team Fordzilla on the top step this season. In the Platinum standings, G-Drive Racing Eximia announced a strong line up with Maarten Van Loozenoord, Bram Van Putten and pro driver Scott Andrews, joining their roster. Series sponsors and newcomers Strasse, will field two cars with Austin Greatorex and Carl Sharkey both new to the grid. Dynamixx will hope for strong performances from Jeromy Hessels and Dries Moujdy whilst Abruzzi place Sebastian Hawkins & Marc Antoine Thibault in the driver seats for the series. Niklas Last put in a strong performance during the media day and looks set to challenge at the front of the field, along with teammate Mario Juri, in their SimRacingAcademy Red car. Other well known teams see the Demon Tweeks, Year One Racing Team Simpact Racing, Maniti Racing, Fury Simsports, Meraki Racing, HM Engineering and not forgetting Simracersworld Esports and many many more competing in the series.

With such high demand, the season will also feature an EVO series that will run the following day to the PRO category. This is also set to be a hugely competitive championship and also benefits from live coverage on Simracersworld TV. There’s still time to enter the Evo league, find out more here.
