SSR Performance is ready for the mission to defend the title in the ADAC GT Masters. The racing team from Munich is fielding a Porsche 911 GT3 R for last year's champion Michael Ammermüller and Porsche works driver Mathieu Jaminet, the 2018 champion.

Last year SSR Performance made a perfect debut in the German GT Championship: The racing team immediately won both the driver and team standings. Partner Mathieu Jaminet won the ADAC GT Masters title in 2018 and was then promoted to works driver by Porsche. After a guest start at the 2020 season finale, he is now contesting all races again. Ammermüller and Jaminet already shared a Porsche in 2017 - at the time, however, as part of the Küs Team75 Bernhard. At the season opener in Oschersleben, they managed to win from pole position.
