Frikadelli Racing wants to get back on the road to success

After the difficult changeable Eifel weather stopped Frikadelli Racing on its way to a good result in the 12h race, the team of team leader Klaus Abbelen wants to go to the Nürburgring long distance next weekend in the seventh run Returning the series to success track. Currently, Frikadelli Racing is still fighting for a place in the top 3 of the Porsche Endurance Trophy Nürburgring.

"The failure of the 12h race was of course very unfortunate for us, especially because the car felt extremely good and a lot would have been possible with the new setup. However, we have checked off the weekend in the meantime and are optimistic about the three remaining NLS races. Our goal is still to achieve a place in the top 3 of the Porsche Endurance Trophy Nürburgring at the end of the season. It will certainly not be easy, but we will do our best to score as good as possible," explains team manager Klaus Abbelen, who together with his fellow driver "Jules" is currently in the fifth position in the AM driving championship. 17 points separate the two pilots from the third place at the moment.

In implementing their project, they will receive support again next weekend from Felipe Fernandez Laser, who will once again take the wheel of the #111 Porsche 992 GT3 Cup.

The seventh run to the Nürburgring long-distance series will again lead over the usual distance of four hours on Saturday. The start is at 12.00 o'clock, before that the qualifying will take place from 08.30 - 10.00 o'clock. Both will be broadcast live on the official NLS YouTube channel.
