Race One

At the start, Florian Latorre (# 11 CLRT), who started from pole position, and Alessandro Ghiretti (# 22 of Martinet by Almeras) got in the way at the very first corner and lost several places. This gave leadership to Marvin Klein (CLRT # 99) who had to work to contain Dorian Boccolacci (# 19 Martinet by Almeras), the two leaders in the championship, throughout the event.

In a fight, the two men saw Alessandro Gheretti (Martinet by Almeras) come back on them, but he never found the opening. So they finish in that order, Klein still nibbling on points in the championship.

Behind, Evan Spenle (# 33 of MRT by CLRT) and Florian Latorre, returned after his gap in the first round, completed the top 5 of this first round.

In the Pro Am, Jérôme Boullery (YDEO by Racing Technology) kept the benefit of his pole and won in front of Nicolas Misslin (# 55 of BWT Lechner Racing)

On the Am side, Tugdual Rabreau (# 77 CLRT) wins ahead of Franck Leherpeur (# 44 CLRT). Championship leader Maxence Maurice (# 59 IMSA) finished in the wall of tires.

Note the barrel roll at the first corner for Victor Blugeon (# 74 ABM) who touched Christophe Lapierre (# 911 Pierre Martinet by Almeras). The safety car then got out and neutralized the race for 12 minutes.

Race Two

Florian Latorre (# 11 CLRT), started from pole position, took an average start and was overtaken by Marvin Klein (CLRT # 99) and Alessandro Ghiretti (# 22 de Martinet by Almeras). Florian Latorre manages to save a 3rd place. From that moment on, the order will not move until the checkered flag, Marvin Klein winning with 3.5 seconds in front of his two pursuers who fought and are only separated by 0.153 sec.

Dorian Boccolacci (# 19 Martinet by Almeras), who started 22nd on the starting grid after a qualification where a lot of his laps were canceled for not respecting the limits of the track, had a superb race, animated the peloton and climbed 18 places to fail in the exhausts of Florian Latorre. He manages to score valuable points for the championship, but the gap between Marvin Klein and him has fallen below 5 points! Evan Spenle (# 33 of MRT by CLRT) brings up the rear of this top 5 in this second round of the weekend.

In the Pro Am, Jérôme Boullery (YDEO by Racing Technology) did not sign the pass of two. He gave up on the edge of the track halfway through the race. The victory goes to Nicolas Misslin (# 55 of BWT Lechner Racing) who is a few seconds ahead of Raymond Narac on the # 76 of IMSA and Christophe Lapierre (# 911). This success allows him to take control of the championship.

On the Am side, Tugdual Rabreau (# 77 CLRT) signed a double in Spain and beat Sébastien Poisson (ABM). The leader in the championship, Maxence Maurice (# 59 IMSA), is only 4th and sees his opponents in the championship pounding on him. The latter found himself involved in a collision on the first lap of the race with Franck Leherpeur (# 77) and Thomas Fretin (# 135). This caused the safety car to enter the track

The Barcelona meeting is now over. The gaps have narrowed in all three categories. The last crucial meeting, with two races, will take place in two weeks in Portimão during the meeting of the European Le Mans Series
