Now the dominants will compete for the title in the Porsche Approved Cup

Andreas Ahlberg v/s Hannes Morin. There you have the duel everyone is talking about in the Porsche Approved Cup before the decision at Mantorp Park on October 1. A highly interesting and exciting ending awaits. Ahlberg goes to Östergötland in the lead, but the margin down to Morin is not large – only ten points.

That any of Andreas Ahlberg, Micke Kågered Racing, or Hannes Morin from Steber Racing will be this year's champion in the Porsche Approved Cup makes perfect sense. The newcomer duo has dominated the championship throughout the season and has been first and second in the table ever since the second round in Fällfors.

Together they have racked up nine out of a total of twelve heat victories (six for Morin, three for Ahlberg). Only Kjelle Lejonkrans, Christoffer Bergström and Robin Hansson have managed to sniff the duo in a position at the top of the podium.

It is also Bergström and Lejonkrans who look to compete for third place behind the class' two dominants. Bergstrom, who won the Masters Cup last year, is third, 24 points ahead of the Lions. Fifth and with a theoretical possibility of winning the bronze is Ahlberg's teammate Albin Wärnelöv.

Ahlberg and Wärnelöv, together with Lukas Sundahl, have another title to ride for at Mantorp Park. Micke Kågered Racing tops the team championship ahead of Fragus Motorsport for the final.
